Dilanka Dilrukshi brings over 17 years of cross-border experience in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, with expertise in internal audit, risk management, governance, accounting, and company secretarial practice.
She is a Certified Business Accountant (CBA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT), and a past finalist of the Institute of Chartered Corporate Secretaries (ICCS). She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration (General) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Throughout her career, Dilanka has partnered with organizations across hospitality, retail and wholesale, telecommunications, education, manufacturing, services sector, helping strengthen internal controls, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Her professional journey began at Key Management Consultancy Services and evolved through senior roles including Assistant Manager – Internal Audit at Abans Group and Manager – Advisory at Ernst & Young Maldives. Today, she continues to support organizations with practical insights, strong governance frameworks, and risk-focused solutions that drive sustainable growth.
