Gayan Withanage is an experienced professional with over 15 years of specified experience in auditing, taxation, and related financial services in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. He started his career as an audit associate of Deloitte Sri Lanka and worked as an audit manager of Ernst & Young Maldives Office.

He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka). In addition, he is a Chartered Tax Advisor as well (CA Sri Lanka.) He holds a Bachelor's Degree in of B.Sc. Accounting (Special) with Second class at Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce (University of Sri Jayewardenepura - Sri Lanka) and a registered company secretary. (Registrar of Companies - Sri Lanka).

Among 15 years of experience, He has served in Sri Lanka and Maldives, working in the capacity of audit associate, audit manager, audit, serving a diverse portfolio of clients covering a vast range of sectors including Insurance, Banks, Hospitality (Hotel management), Construction, Retail & whole sale business, Investment, Manufacturing, Services and SMEs, from multinational companies to high net worth businesses, in the field of auditing, bookkeeping, tax consultancy and other finance related Services.

Dilanka Dilrukshi brings over 17 years of cross-border experience in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, with expertise in internal audit, risk management, governance, accounting, and company secretarial practice.

She is a Certified Business Accountant (CBA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT), and a past finalist of the Institute of Chartered Corporate Secretaries (ICCS). She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration (General) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Throughout her career, Dilanka has partnered with organizations across hospitality, retail and wholesale, telecommunications, education, manufacturing, services sector, helping strengthen internal controls, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Her professional journey began at Key Management Consultancy Services and evolved through senior roles including Assistant Manager – Internal Audit at Abans Group and Manager – Advisory at Ernst & Young Maldives. Today, she continues to support organizations with practical insights, strong governance frameworks, and risk-focused solutions that drive sustainable growth.
